Several important points of maintenance

1. Regularly check whether the high-speed bearing of the track outer spherical bearing is damaged, whether it is lack of oil, and the bearing needs regular grease maintenance;

2. Regularly check whether the air compressor, refrigeration dryer, air storage tank, color sorter filter element, drain valve, pressure relief valve, safety valve and pressure gauge need maintenance or replacement;

3. When the ore color sorter is in normal production, the gas tank, drain valve, filter and color sorter filter shall not be less than twice a day for drainage, oil and dust;

4. Regular inspection and maintenance, whether the rodless cylinder is damaged, whether the cleaning brush is normally cleaned, and whether the cleaning brush skin and the fixed cleaning brush screw are loose or fall off;

5. Regularly check the cleaning material lights, whether the backlight lamp beads are not bright or abnormal;

6. The crawler belt and two-pass brushes, synchronous belts, crawler motors, and vibration motors need to be inspected regularly;

7. The dust remaining in the dust removal hose of the dust removal fan needs to be cleaned regularly;

8. Regularly check whether the glass is damaged. If damaged, replace the glass in time to avoid affecting the color selection effect.
